Having just moved into a new house this customer was upset that the automatic roller shutter that they inherited did not work. Once we were on site we re-set the up and down limit switches and established that the motor itself was working. The problem lay with the main control board. A few days later we returned to site with a new control board and the garage door was working within the hour.
