Hormann sectional garage doors are available with either 20mm or 40mm insulated panels. Our customer chose the door with the 40mm insulated panels. These panels coupled with the bottom rubber buffer and the top and side draught strips would not only keep this garage draught free, but also prevent the surrounding rooms from getting cold.

Their requirements were that the garage door was insulated as their boiler was in the garage and that it matched the mahogany windows of the house. The garage door that we fitted was a Hormann Sectional garage door in a Rosewood finish. This 40mm insulated garage door was also sealed around the edges to keep the draughts out of the garage. The rosewood finish was also a very good match for the windows.
